Are you feeling tired, stressed, mad, or upset? Does the load seem too heavy for you to carry? Let’s turn on the music and dance.
Dancing is considered life essential. As it benefits us physically, mentally, and emotionally, it also offers opportunities for social connection and energy boost, giving room for personal growth and enjoyment.
Whether you are a professional or someone who dances just for entertainment, the benefits of dancing extend beyond the dance floor.
Thoraya posted on her Youtube Channel a video clip showing footage of random strangers dancing in the street in California. Suddenly, a simple dance opportunity is something memorable.
Are You Ready to Dance?
The video interested many, and it went viral, having 3.8M views with 2.5k comments from people of various age groups sharing their opinions about the video.
It begins showing people who tend to get shocked when they step accidentally into the street with a circle indicating “dance here” music automatically plays.
Some stop for a while and look around to see if there is somebody before they showcase their dance step. Meanwhile, others automatically dance with their heart, naturally feeling and grooving with the music.
Either they are alone, or somebody is watching them. Are you willing to dance with them?
With Whom Do You Want to Dance With?
Feeling every beat of the music, various age groups showcase their dance steps. They tend to recall the dance craze during their time. Strangers dance in contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, folkloric, and even belly dancing.
Strangers dance alone, some dance in pairs, others are in trios, and invite a few to dance with them, which ends with them dancing in a group.
One man dances in his professional suit, while one woman dances in a ball gown. Even strollers dance with their pet dog, couple, or friends, and parents dance with their kids. They dance even until the outside of the circle.
Meanwhile, others break free and dance for a long time, feeling the beat of the music as they dance, creating their choreography.
They perform from a dance moves alone, and up to a group of seven. Here’s a look at their dancing:
